Commercial Lettings and Unit Base Manager - Salary: £40,000 per annum | London, W10

The Role

Are you experienced in commercial property lettings and ready to take the next step in your career?

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Commercial Lettings and Unit Base Manager to join our team. This is a varied role with two main focuses: managing the Unit Base operations and leading on the marketing and letting of indoor and outdoor spaces across the Westway estate.

You’ll be working closely with the Property and Communications & Engagement teams to meet the growing demand for space on our 23-acre estate. From supporting local businesses to generating income and improving our public realm, you’ll play a key role in the future of our unique urban environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Unit Base Operations

  • Develop and manage a promotional plan to grow the service.
  • Oversee a booking system that provides timely and useful data.
  • Ensure the right facilities and services are in place for users.
  • Provide clear information for setup and usage, including out-of-hours support.
  • Implement systems for user feedback and internal reporting.
  • Maintain an up-to-date risk assessment.
  • Liaise effectively with the Sports Centre.

Commercial Lettings

  • Deliver a marketing and lettings strategy in line with the Trust’s goals.
  • Actively promote and let available spaces, including retail units and outdoor sites.
  • Seek and manage filming and unit base parking opportunities.
  • Engage with tenants and local stakeholders to support local business.
  • Handle tenant selection, lease/licence agreements, and property records.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure due process.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal and external partners.

The Person

  • Experience in commercial property lettings or a similar field.
  • Strong organisational, communication and IT skills
  • Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation (or willingness to learn).
  • A friendly and professional approach to managing relationships.
  • The ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
  • A flexible attitude - some evening and weekend work may be required.

A property management qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
