A prestigious property developer is looking for a friendly and proactive Concierge to join the team at their flagship West London development. This site boasts 900 units across five impressive blocks, offering a high-end living experience to residents.

What You'll Do

As a Concierge, you will be the face of the development, ensuring residents and visitors receive a warm welcome and professional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resident Interaction: Acting as the first point of contact for residents, providing assistance with queries, and ensuring their experience is seamless.
  • Visitor Management: Greeting visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel, ensuring they adhere to site procedures.
  • Security Awareness: Monitoring access to the building, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and reporting any incidents to the appropriate team.
  • Package Handling: Receiving, logging, and securely storing parcels and deliveries for residents.
  • Site Maintenance Support: Reporting any maintenance or operational issues to the Estate Management team promptly.
  • Resident Services: Assisting with booking amenities, reservations, or services as required by residents.
  • Shift Work: Working as part of a rotational shift pattern to provide 24/7 coverage for the development.
About You

You are a professional with excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. Previous experience in a concierge, hospitality, or customer service role is highly desirable. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
