This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile team delivering an unparalleled living experience for residents in one of the city’s most sought-after locations.

The Role

As Duty Manager, you will be a key point of contact for residents, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of the development. You will lead from the front, overseeing concierge services, resident relations, and operational procedures, maintaining the highest levels of service and efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in upholding the development’s reputation for excellence, providing a first-class experience to all who live and visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the development, ensuring an exceptional resident experience.

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Leading and supporting front-of-house and concierge teams to maintain five-star service standards.

  • Managing contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operation of facilities.

  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and implementing best practices.

  • Handling emergencies efficiently and effectively, maintaining composure under pressure.

  • Liaising with the property management team to ensure the delivery of outstanding resident services.

About You

To excel in this role, you will have a background in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end customer service environments. You will be a natural leader with exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing operations and delivering excellence under pressure.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end service environments.
