Your Role:
- Client Acquisition: Prospect for clients through calls, marketing campaigns, and presentations.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on market trends and provide expert advice to buyers and sellers.
- Property Valuation: Conduct accurate valuations to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Client Service: Guide clients through the buying and selling process, from viewings to negotiations.
- Business Development: Develop strategies to maximise property value and attract more clients.
Qualifications:
- Competitiveness (healthy) runs through your veins.
- At least 1 year in Estate Agency
- Strong negotiation skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- A dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and honesty.
- A valid driving license.
