Estate Agent Negotiator / Valuer required - Recruitment Evening

A successful family run Estates Agency and Lettings operation are seeking new talent to join their expanding and flourishing team. Whether you are a complete trainee, or already an experienced Negotiator / Property Valuer, our clients would like to invite you to one of their recruitment evening in October.

At the recruitment evening, you will get the opportunity to meet and greet experienced team members, where you can casually chat, share ideas / market trends and of course, sell yourself to them (and vice-versa). Successful candidates from these evenings will be invited to attend a face to face interview for a position with the company.

• An established and ambitious independent Estate Agency are looking for a multi skilled Estate Agent with strong selling, listing and closing skills, to join their team at a very busy Estate Agency office, to assist with expanding the operation.

Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Scope of Role:

• You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Property Sales & Lettings in your area.
• You should have a successful track record in property and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
• You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Key objectives:

• Pro-actively prospecting for Sales & Lettings valuations.
• Identifying viable business opportunities and networking to maximise brand exposure.
• Maximising agreed fees and boards.
• Selling and Letting new properties.

Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Experience:

• Previous Estate Agency experience is essential for this role.
• A full valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle is also essential for this role.

Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Remuneration:

• £20,000 - £22,000 Basic Salary.
• On Target Earnings of £40,000 - £45,000.
