�? Role Responsibilities:

Securing property listings and winning new instructions
Providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
Maximising mortgage appointment opportunities
Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
Actively prospecting to grow market share and visibility

? Key Requirements:

Estate Agency experience is essential
Previous experience as a Lister, Valuer, or Senior Sales Negotiator is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills
Resilient, target-driven, and highly organised
Confident with IT systems (MS Office, CRM software)
Full UK driving licence required
