Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies.
- Conduct financial modelling, underwriting, and due diligence on real estate investments.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry participants.
- Manage transaction processes, including negotiations and deal closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor and enhance investment performance.
- Provide portfolio updates and identify asset repositioning opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field is desired; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong experience in real estate investment or related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- Familiarity with real estate investment tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- The ability to synthesise data and communicate findings effectively.
- Knowledge of real estate finance concepts.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
This role is based within central London with 4 days a week being office based and 1 day a week from home. There is a competitive base salary with a strong bonus potential and a full range of benefits.
