Due to the growth within the Real Estate team an opportunity for an Real Estate Account Executive to join their Real Estate team.
Your new roleYour new job working as a Real Estate Account Executive means you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of real estate clients, providing expert advice, and delivering excellent client service
This role requires an understanding of the real estate market, strong relationship-building skills with clients, insurers and other stakeholders, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service. Duties will also include identifying opportunities for new business and working collaboratively with the business development team to secure new clients. Conduct regular client reviews to ensure their insurance programs remain relevant and effective and negotiate with insurers to obtain the best terms and coverage for your clients.
Further duties include preparing and presenting insurance proposals and renewal reports to clients, staying up to date with market trends and developments in the real estate sector and participating in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the Real Estate Practice.
What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working as a Senior Property Owners/ Real Estate Account Handler or Account Executive handling Real Estate business will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have strong knowledge of insurance products and services relevant to the real estate sector, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and strong negotiation and presentation skills. You will also be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel skills preferred, and insurance-related software. Ideally, you will have professional qualifications such as ACII (Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute).
