Are you an experienced Leasing Associate looking for your next role in the Build To Rent (BTR) sector? You will play a crucial role in the shaping the customers journey making sure they have a smooth process from start to finish. Collaborating with the various teams across the business to hit targets and maximize the occupancy rate and extend the tenancy lengths. Your high level of professionalism and skills will contribute to hitting revenue goals and an excellent living experience for the residents.

Key Skills
路 To work with the team to meet the business plan lease up goal, time scales and revenue targets whilst ensuring a good knowledge of occupancy/void levels.
路 To pro-actively contact and qualify new customer enquiries, register their rental requirements, match their requirements to the appropriate apartment and book viewing tours.
路 To tour potential customers, actively promoting the most relevant benefits of the site in a professional and honest manner.
路 Negotiate appropriately and close potential customers to secure the lease whilst working within the business鈥檚 promotional guidelines.
路 Promote and sell additional revenue generating services such as parking, storage facilities, lounge hire etc.
路 To progress all leases in a timely fashion working closely with the operations and administration teams.
路 Work in close collaboration with onsite Operations team to ensure every arrival (viewing tour and move-in) has a seamless exceptional experience.
路 To support and set up leasing open days and contribute to corporate customer events where required.
路 Ensure every customer and resident have a good experience.
路 Flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to thriving in a changing environment.
