Sales and Lettings Negotiators Required for our Offices in Deptford SE8
- Salary Basic £20-25k with OTE £40k depending on experience Seniors £25-28k OTE £50k
- We have an exciting opportunity from an organisation who require a Sales Negotiator/Senior and Lettings Negotiators/Senior at their office in Deptford SE8.
About the role of Lettings/Sales Negotiator
- This Organisation want someone who is looking for a challenge to grow and learn every detail of lettings/sales in property.
- Experience in sales is essential however not necessarily in estate agency.
- Must be self motivated, driven and willing to work hard to get results.
- Anyone who wishes to sit at their desk waiting for business to land on their lap please walk away!
Lettings/ Sales Negotiator requirements
- Must have experience in sales (in Estate Agency would be ideal)
- Proven track record
- Admin skills
- Good telephone manner
- Happy to work alone when required
- Must be driven
- Willing to learn.
- You must own and drive a car and live close
Lettings/Sales Negotiator details of work
- 5 day week
- Monday to Friday 0830 to 1800 Saturdays 0830-1500
- 20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays in lieu
Senior Lettings/Sales Negotiator requirements
- Must have experience in valuing and show a success rate.
- At least 6 -12 months minimum experience in Lettings/sales
- You must own and drive a car.
- 5 day week followed by 6 day week shut Sundays
- Monday to Friday 0830 to 1800 Saturdays 0830-1500
