Dove & Hawk are now partnered with a forward-thinking, boutique agency, who are the fastest growing independent Estate Agent in Ealing.They are seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join their team in the vibrant property market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating property lettings transactions, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.Responsibilities:
- Liaise with applicants to understand their property requirements and preferences
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiate rental offers on behalf of clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve lettings targets and business objectives
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the letting process
Skills:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in lettings
- Strong local knowledge of Ealing and surrounding areas
- Driving Licence & Own Car (required)
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong administrative abilities to manage contracts efficiently
- Exceptional organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele
What's On Offer?
- Basic Salary: £35,000 / OTE: £45,000
- Additional performance-based bonuses

- Currently 50+ listings, priced between £1,500pcm - £7,000pcm
- Car allowance: £3,000 - £4,000 per annum
