This thriving, independent estate agency with a fantastic reputation is currently looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Administrator to support its busy team in Kennington.

Reporting directly to the branch manager, the purpose of the role is to actively contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the office and ensuring the very best service is delivered at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the negotiators in booking in check in/check out’s• AML for landlords• General office admin• Assisting in selective licences/additional HMO licences• Providing support in tenancy swaps/contract amendments• Uploading photo’s/floorplans to properties• Collating and booking compliance checks• Key handling.

Personal specification:

• Previous property administration experience within a busy environment• Superb organisational skills• Excellent telephone manner• Fantastic customer service skills• Computer literate - experience using Reapit would be beneficial• An eye for detail and accuracy• Well presented.

The package on offer for this role will be in the region of £30,000, plus a discretionary £1,000 bonus at Christmas. Depending on how you perform in your first year, there is also an opportunity to earn a small commission on all deals done in the office after a years’ service. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
