Lettings Administrator

Monday - Friday 9-6pm

Regents Park, London

Our client is looking to recruit a standout lettings administrator with current experience of working for an estate agent using a CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset to support the real estate operations.

Based in their newly refurbished office, the successful candidate will benefit from a friendly working environment just steps away from Regents Park and the St John’s Wood High Street.

Key responsibilities for the Lettings Administrator include:

  • General administration support to the directors and team
  • Client account reconciliation, tracking income and expenditure
  • Liaising with our accounts department
  • Creating weekly reports
  • Raising statements for landlords
  • Receipting rental funds and client monies
  • Invoice processing and credit management
  • Updating internal income reports
  • Handling landlord account enquiries
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and renewal agreements
  • Registering My Deposits
  • Dealing with maintenance requests for managed properties
  • Liaising with Landlords
  • Help organise canvassing
  • Business generation activities

Experience required for the Lettings Administrator:

  • Experience using Alto (preferred) or similar Real Estate CRM software (Jupix, Reapit, etc)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask and achieve KPI's
  • Excellent organisational skills

Experience in the real estate industry, is a must for the progress of this application.
