We are recruiting a Senior Tenancy Administrator to join a market leading property developer in its exciting Build to Rent division. This world-renowned property company, owns and operates traditional residential, commercial and build to rent portfolios in London.

Duties of the role include:

  • Preparing tenancy agreements
  • Registering deposits
  • Conducting referencing
  • Liaising with tenants throughout the tenancy progression process
  • Scheduling inventories
  • Conducting renewal processes
  • All administration relating to new tenancies

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in tenancy or lettings administration and who has exceptional customer service skills, excellent written and spoken English and who has a positive, team player mentality. If you are ARLA or NFOPP qualified that would be a huge bonus!
