One of London’s leading Lettings and Property Management specialists is looking to add an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their busy and friendly team at their Head Office at Southgate in North London.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining good relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Providing consistently high levels of service and communication
- Knowing a client’s requirements to ensure efficient service
- Arranging valuations.
- Organising viewings
- Â Processing referencing
- Preparing tenancy agreements & renewal agreements when required
- Â Ability to serve Section 21, Section 13 and Section 8 notices.
- Â Arranging: gas safety checks, EICRs, EPCs and maintaining compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Be confident. Enthusiastic and energetic
- Smart appearance.
- Well spoken.
- Excellent communicator.
- First class customer service skills.
- Must have at least 2/3 years property experience in London/Greater London.
- Preferred ARLA qualification
