Leasing Assistant - Build to Rent

Location: Ealing

Salary: £25,000 plus discretionary bonus

Hours: Full-time - 5 over 7 days (40 hours per week) - Flexibility is required - 7 months FTC

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Leasing Assistant to join a thriving Build to Rent (BTR) development in Ealing. This role will support the Leasing Team, managing enquiries, coordinating viewings, handling applicant vetting, and ensuring a smooth leasing process from enquiry to move-in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all leasing enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate and schedule viewings, managing diaries for the leasing team
  • Meet prospective tenants, conduct tours, and provide property details
  • Assist with tenancy progression, including referencing and drafting tenancy agreements
  • Maintain accurate records and update systems with lettings and rental data
  • Collect and record viewing feedback for analysis and reporting
  • Support lease-up logistics, such as furniture deliveries and move-in coordination
  • Work collaboratively with the wider on-site team to foster a strong resident community
  • Provide first-class customer service to applicants and residents
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and property inspections to ensure high standards
  • Liaise with tenants, utility providers, and local authorities as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in property, lettings, or a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
  • IT literate with experience using property management systems (desirable)
