Our client is a leading, upmarket residential property investment and development company, and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their thriving build-to-rent division.
They are a well-established and respected business based in the heart of Mayfair, and due to the substantial size of their BTR property portfolio, they are now looking to take on a new member of the team to help manage this.
As a Lettings Administrator you will work alongside the rest of the lettings team, handling new tenancy paperwork and renewals. To be considered, you should have at least 3 years’ lettings administration experience, a strong understanding of current legislation, and a mature and professional approach to work. Personal specification:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience within lettings administration or property management.• A good working knowledge of current lettings legislation• Experience within build-to-rent would be advantageous• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Good organisation and time management skills• Confident telephone manner• Mature and professional attitude• Team player.
This exciting opportunity will pay a basic salary of ÂŁ30,000 to ÂŁ35,000. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, and Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
