With over 170 branches nationwide my client is one of the largest, Independent, agencies and the last 20 years has given them invaluable experience during what has been the most radical and dynamic period in estate agency.This established high street brand is looking for a dedicated, committed, reliable and professional Individual with experience in Lettings Administrator/Property Management/ Tenancy Renewals for their Catford office.You do NOT need to DRIVE for this roleResponsibilities:
- Move ins - referencing, invoices, AST, inventory, deposits
- Compliance - AML checks on LLs & TTs, rent guarantees / insurance for both
- Renewals - new rent - negotiate, AST, invoice
- Licences - selective, additional, HMOs - and compliance with these
- Landlord and Tenant Support - look after our landlords / tenants
- To cover for the Property Manager when necessary
- Answer calls as part of the team (book in sales and lettings viewings).
- Dealing with a portfolio of around 70 Properties
Qualities :
- Good level of experience of estate agency and the lettings process
- Genuine high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with all sorts of people in a proactive but friendly and professional way
- Good level of experience of relating to people in a variety of settings and contexts
- Patient, positive, problem solver Friendly, unstressed, team player
- Live within easy commuting distance of SE6
- Good with IT and quick to learn new IT systems
- Knowledge of the changes to letting legislation coming up in 2025
Requirements
- 5 day working week
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch)
- Office based Car / driving licence NOT required
Basic Salary
- £27,000
