Lettings Agent London Remote£30k + £10 per successful letting.Our client are looking for a talented individual to grow their guardian customer base with ideal property guardians. This role is based across London, working on a remote basis.Key Responsibilities:

Arranging and conducting property viewings for residential licensees
Vetting potential residential licensees
Driving to and from viewings
Achieving placement KPIs

Skills/Qualifications

At least 5 years experience in real estate
Experience in providing excellent customer service
Sales and promoting properties effectively
Experience in meeting targets and KPIs
Excellent communication skills
Good time management
The ability to make informed decisions quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to comprehend information
Good organization
