- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and Landlords
- Draft rental agreements and organise pre-tenancy checks Â
- Manage the in-house CRM system, ensuring this is kept up to date
- Liaise with property managers and landlords
- Support to the wider team and negotiators
- Previous property experience or experience of an office environment
- Must have the confidence to liaise across all levels
- Calm, professional and well presented
- Willing to take on a variety of tasks
