Are you a hardworking, self- motivated and tenacious lettings professional with sound experience in the new home’s lettings market or previous experience in Shared Ownership sales?

The portfolio of intermediate rental properties, which includes London Living Rent, Rent to Buy, IMR and IMR Up2You provide customers affordable homes for rent, on secure tenancies. Each scheme offers customers an opportunity to save a deposit towards buying via shared ownership or on the open market.

You will be required to qualify leads, advise customers on the benefits of each scheme, carry out viewings and progress sign-ups within target and timescales. We are looking for applicants who have a commercial mindset, ideally have experience in new home lettings, can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and have a track record of meetings targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The individual must be self-motivated and confident in taking ownership of driving efficiency to let our homes within the agreed timescales whilst adhering to our policies and procedures. The ability to produce results and deal with a demanding workload means that the successful candidate needs to be a team player whilst being self-motivated and with a target-driven attitude.

To succeed in this role, you should be good at building relationships with people and communicate well with colleagues and prospective residents. You’ll have excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage your own caseload whilst adhering to deadlines. Stakeholder management is key to this role, and an ability to engage with a diverse customer base is essential.
