They offer a supportive environment with an amazing training program to help you succeed and grow your career.As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of their operations, playing a key role in matching tenants with their ideal properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic, confident, and organised individual with a flair for customer service and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inquiries and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating tenancy agreements and closing deals
- Managing administrative tasks
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Meeting and exceeding targets
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A charismatic and confident personality
- Ability to handle a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently
What We Offer:
- £17,500 per annum (3-month guarantee at £25,000)
- Realistic OTE for your first year: £30,000-£35,000 (uncapped commission)
- 10% of any lettings fees generated
- Large potential bonuses linked to performance

- Monday-Friday 08:50-18:30, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10:00-16:00
