LETTINGS CONSULTANT - LADBROKE GROVE

Dove and Hawk have partnered with one of London's leading guaranteed rent and property management providers who are expanding their team and are looking for a lettings consultant to join their office in Ladbroke Grove.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation: Consistently generate your own portion of high-quality leads through known client/landlord/agent contacts as well as other lead generation sources to enable more conversion opportunities for organic growth
  • Property valuations: Conduct valuations in line with market trends and negotiate the best acquisition deals on behalf the company, supporting the New Business team in order to close property acquisition deals
  • Appraisals/ Viewings: Attend client meetings to view new properties and assess the suitability of these for AHS to take onboard. Liaise with THE Ops team to make suitable offers to convert and win these acquisition deals.
  • Property condition reports: Producing detailed property condition reports following each viewing, ensuring the property meets minimum standards and outline required works.
  • Guaranteed Rent Agreements (GRAs): Prepare and send out GRAs, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy of lease documentation.
  • End-to-End Sales Process: Contribute to the efficient operation and output of the E2E sales process to ensure a stream-lined, efficient journey that enables us to increase the conversion of new leads.
  • Sales Strategy: Help implement sales strategies aligned with company goals, leveraging market insights to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to capitalise on emerging opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners and agents. Serve as primary point of contact, address enquiries, provide updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments or teams within the organisation, such as sales, property management, maintenance, compliance to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
  • Legal Compliance: Staying updated with changes in property laws, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and handling any legal issues that arise during tenancy.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • 6+ months experience in either sales or lettings
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Salary budgets: £20,000 - £25,000 basic salary, £35,000 - £40,000 OTE (uncapped) +car allowance £4,500 pa

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
