Salary - £23,000 (£30,000 guarantee first 3 months) + Commission.
Hours: 8:45am 6:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:45am - 6pm on Fridays and Alternate Saturdays 9:30am - 4pm. (5-day week)
Full license and own car required.
Our client is looking for a Lettings Consultant to work closely with the Head of Lettings to join their busy team based in Acton and play a fundamental role in developing future growth of the company. Candidates will have excellent negotiation skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with Tenants and Landlords, be articulate, well presented, and keen to further their career with a leading company.It is essential you are an experienced negotiator with good knowledge of the property sector.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be prepared to work hard, add to their high reputation for honesty, service, and excellent levels of communication.

Responsibilities:
Sourcing new business through developing relationships with landlords, and other relevant stakeholders
Increasing market share in existing markets and maximising new business opportunities
Achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth
Calling and meeting with landlords and prospective tenants
Responding to client communications in a professional and timely manner
Attending meetings with other individuals involved in the letting process
Maintaining standards according to company policy and Propertymark
Liaising with the administration team
Assisting in the efficient progression of the agreed deal where required
Reaching targets and company KPIS
Ensuring administrative records are always kept up to date
Assisting in the collation of key performance statistics to head office
Responding to telephone, website leads & using internal software
Applicant and viewing management
Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
Ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the vendor
Keeping in regular contact with all potential tenants, updating records accordingly.
Answering general enquiries from applicants
Acting as an ambassador and role model for the business
