Lettings Consultant

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent agency, who are on the hunt for a Lettings Consultant to join their well-established office in Clapham/Balham.About the company

Duties & Responsibilities

• Registering new applicants.
• Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential tenants.
• Arranging and conducting viewings.
• Recording, negotiating and presenting qualified offers.
• Providing viewing feedback.
• Generating new valuation opportunities.

Requirements:

• UK Driving License required
• 6-12 months in a residential lettings role
• Live local to the Clapham/Balham area.
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Adaptable and the willingness to learn
• Local knowledge

Package

• Basic: £18,000-£23,000
• OTE: £50,000+
• Working Hours: Monday-Thursday, 9.00am-6.30pm. Friday, 9.00am-6pm. Every other Saturday 10am-3pm.
• Commission Structure: 10% £0-£150K, 15% £150K (negotiable)
• Vehicle Provisions: Company Car / £200 Car Allowance (negotiable)
