- Managing lettings enquiries from prospective and existing tenants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Preparing new properties for marketing
- Handling tenancy administration and data input
- Managing the residential key security system
- Organising team events and socials
- Building strong relationships with tenants and contractors
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Lettings
- Ideally experience in residential lettings
- OR experience as a PA, senior administrative, or coordinator role
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
- A proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach
- Experience using property management software such as Horizon or Cube
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
