Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on Experience)
Monday - Thursday 9am - 6:30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm,

They offer major advantages over the large corporate estate agencies as their focus is on 100% customer satisfaction!We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Co-ordinator preferably experienced using Reapit, CFP & Goodlord CRM to join their successful office. They are looking for a team player with a passion for the Property industry. Ideal candidates will be on the ball and have around 12 months plus experience.

Requirements:
- Self-driven with a can- do attitude
- Ability to work in a team
- Interest in property
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Well organised
- Experience with Reapit CFP and Goodlord an advantage
