Lettings Coordinator - W1 - Central London - £26,000 - £21,000I have recently partnered with a firm who offer a full range of services for high net worth clients. They have a client-focused approach and pride themselves on building solid business relationships. We are supporting them to find a dynamic and detail-oriented Lettings Coordinator to join their Lettings/Property Management team. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial communication bridge between tenants, property managers, and contractors, ensuring seamless portfolio management.Note: You must be native or near-native fluent in English and Mandarin. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant communications and relationships in both English and Mandarin.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repair requests.
  • Schedule and oversee contractor visits and property inspections.
  • Process and track rental-related documentation.
  • Assist property managers in maintaining efficient portfolio operations.
  • Resolve tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • When required cover additional duties to support both the Lettings and Property Management team such as, key drop offs, meeting maintenance worker on site (note this is generally only over busy periods)

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Previous experience in the property sector
  • An understanding of the compliance required in the industry
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin with dealing with stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools (property management software skills are a big bonus!)
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
  • Be flexible within your working day and open to supporting the team

A bonus if you have the below but are not a must:

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Coordinator
  • Understanding of tenancy laws and regulations.
  • Customer service background.

Salary: £26,000.00 - £32,000.00 per yearMonday to Friday - 10am to 6pm During peak times such as end of August to end of September you are required to work Saturdays, with days in lieu for each one worked
