Vacancy: LETTINGS DIRECTOR

Position: Permanent – Full Time
An outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced Lettings Director to manage a flagship branch in St John’s Wood, working for a multi award winning, highly regarded national Estate Agency.
This a pivotal role, with the main objective being to maximise turnover and profitability, generate and develop new and existing business opportunities, provide exceptional service to the clients, ensure staff comply with all legislations, support and manage the team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background as a Lettings Director/Senior Lettings Manager, you will have senior management experience and will be ready to fulfil and develop this role.
The Company: Our client is an award winning independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and multiple local offices in and around London and the home counties who specialise in residential property sales.
Skills required for this Lettings Director role will include:
- Experience at Senior Management level
- Good understanding of Lettings
- Be experienced in generating new business
- Excellent ability to build rapport
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Full Driving Licence
- The ability to recognise and take advantage of opportunities
