An exciting and challenging vacancy has arisen at this boutique, privately-owned estate agency in central London for an experienced Lettings Lister. The company deal primarily with the upper end of the market; therefore, the successful candidate will need to be mature and presentable to be effective in such a sector.
The role will involve handling lettings valuations for new business as well as managing an existing client base in Notting Hill. Lettings valuation experience is essential as you will have a high volume of new clients each week, on-top of dealing with the upkeep of existing clients. You will also be handling re-valuations from previous instructions.

Personal attributes:
• The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ lettings experience working in the central London market• Previous lettings valuations experience• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ambitious and self-motivated• Work well in a team as well as independently• Good knowledge of the Microsoft packages• Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.
The salary for this role will include a basic of £25,000 to £30,000, with attractive on target earnings of £60,000 to £70,000. A car allowance or pooled car will be provided.
