With a heavy focus on expansion, this dynamic agency has achieved £2m in turnover this year and has ambitious plans to increase that to £3.5m - £4m in the next three years.This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a strong focus on growth and development in the high-end lettings market, while offering a generous financial package and no weekend work.The Role:As Lettings Manager, you will lead a close-knit team of 5, including 4 negotiators, 2 property managers, and a letting progressor, with the support of an assistant.Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing, training, and developing the team to achieve their full potential
- Driving market share growth and supporting business development
- Conducting valuations and securing instructions
- Lead generation and managing high-end property lets
- Handling relationships with international clients and corporate relocations

Who They're Looking For:
- 5+ years of management experience in lettings, ideally within a corporate
- Experience managing a team of 8+ staff
- Proven ability to work with high-end properties, including new builds and international clients
- A track record of driving business development and market expansion
- A grounded, confident, and persuasive leader with a strong work ethic
