Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team, coaching them to meet KPIs, and monitoring individual performance through one-to-one sessions.

- Foster team development and progression, while driving a strong focus on generating new and repeat business.

- Oversee the entire lettings process for flatsharing properties in West London, from initial property viewings to tenant onboarding and renewals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective residents to ensure exceptional customer service.

- Negotiate offers, agree on new tenancies, and handle rent negotiations and tenancy renewals efficiently.

- Develop strategies to maximize occupancy rates and minimize void periods, collaborating with the team on innovative marketing campaigns to attract tenants.

- Arrange property viewings and manage property inspections to ensure properties are ready for letting.

- Ensure the business adheres to the highest compliance standards, following all regulatory guidelines and maintaining a risk-averse approach.

- Lead, train, and motivate a small team, promoting a positive and dynamic work culture.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a lettings role, ideally within co-living, build-to-rent, or property management sectors.

- Valid driving license.

- Strong understanding of the West London rental market.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.

- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with a genuine passion for the co-living concept.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using property management software and digital tools.

- ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential).
