Vacancy: LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Lettings
Location: Blackheath, SE3
Salary: OTE £65k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
An established, multi-faceted independent Estate & Lettings Agency based in the South East London and North Kent area are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager for their busy local branch
Their objective is to help drive the team and increase the business share of this well-known and highly visible brand.
The Ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in Residential Lettings and strong management and supervisory experience under their belt; they will also be an instruction winner who is energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build up a quick rapport with the clients.
The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years’ previous experience in Estate Agency / Lettings at Management level and be looking for a career enhancing new role.
However, the company may also consider a candidate who is ready to step up to a managerial position if they can demonstrate the right attitude and experience.

Skills required for this Estate Agency Lettings Manager role will include:
- Previous residential lettings experience essential
- Management experience
- Experience in valuations and gaining instructions essential
- ARLA qualification a benefit (not essential)
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of South East London / Blackheath and surrounding areas helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach
