Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lettings Negotiator/Administrator, to join our clients busy team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lettings, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a self-starter who is well-presented, collaborative, and dedicated to achieving results.
Responsibilities:
1.Conduct property viewings with potential tenants, providing detailed information about the property and its features.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
3.Keep abreast of market trends and property values in the London NW area, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
4.Handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
5.Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance performance.
6.Utilise various tools and technologies to manage client relationships, property listings, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator/Administrator, preferably in the area.
2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
3.Well-presented and professional, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
4.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5.Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving successful outcomes for both landlords and tenants.
6.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the rental market in the UK.
7.Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle essential
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary with OTE ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
Hours: Monday- Thursday 9am-6.30pm Friday - 9am-6pm Saturday 10am-2pm 1 Saturday off a month, when working a full week you will get a half day in lieu.
