We are looking for someone to join a dynamic and forward-thinking estate agency based in North West London. With a reputation for delivering exceptional service in lettings, sales, and property management, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a vital role in connecting tenants with their ideal properties and supporting landlords in renting out their homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Viewings: Arrange and carry out property viewings with prospective tenants, presenting properties in their best light.
- Building Relationships: Provide excellent customer service, building rapport with landlords, tenants, and applicants to foster long-term relationships.
- Negotiating Deals: Manage rental negotiations between landlords and tenants, ensuring agreements align with both parties' expectations.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare tenancy agreements, assist with referencing, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Marketing Properties: Collaborate with the team to create engaging property listings and keep marketing materials updated.
- Lead Management: Handle inquiries, qualify leads, and convert prospects into successful lets.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A full UK driving licence and your own car (essential).
- A strong passion for property and customer service.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a lettings, sales, or customer service role (preferred).
- Knowledge of the North West London property market (an advantage).
