LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR NEGOTIATOR
West Hampstead, NW6
Salary - £18k to £22k (DOE) with OTE £35k
Mon-Fri 08:45am-18:00/ Sat 10am-4pm (5 day working week including Saturdays)
We are keen to find a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator - 1 years experience preferred - to join a highly successful independent Estate & Lettings Agent whose lettings business is continually expanding and who are based in the West Hampstead area.
The perfect candidate will be focused on creating and developing new business opportunities and providing a superior level of service.
You will be an individual who ideally has an understanding of the whole lettings process, be creative, ambitious, well presented, well-spoken and self-motivated - and able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous year’s experience as a Lettings Negotiator preferred
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Driven, ambitious and self-motivated
- A winner with a desire to be successful
- Knowledge of the local area preferred
- Full driving license absolutely essential
