The position of Lettings Negotiator offers a basic salary of up to £27,000, depending on experience, with an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of £70,000 to £100,000.
The role requires candidates to have prior experience as a Lettings Negotiator and a strong motivation to build a long-term career in the property industry.
Candidates will be responsible for registering tenants, arranging viewings, negotiating deals, and being the primary contact for tenants and landlords.
The successful applicant will join a supportive and friendly team within a respected high-end Estate Agency in London.
The job entails working one in three Saturdays, and the company is committed to responding quickly to suitable applications.

The Client:

We are working with a high-end, respected Estate Agency in London who are now looking for a key member of the team.

The Role:

You will be joining a warm desk within an experienced and friendly team. Full support will be given.

Registering tenants
Arranging and overseeing viewings of properties for potential tenants
Speaking with landlords
Being the first port of call for potential Tenants and Landlords during the rental process
Negotiating the deals
Arranging signing of agreement.

Ideal Candidate:

You will have worked as a Lettings Negotiator and be a self-motivated, hard-working individual with a desire to build a long-term career in the property industry
