Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings for our premium portfolio
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Register and qualify applicants to match them with ideal properties
- Manage the full offer process from negotiation to key handover
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential estate agency
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Comprehensive understanding of residential lettings legislation
