Lettings Negotiator

Busy Estate Agents based in West & North West London looking to expand after a successful year. We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven, service minded candidate with the following skills:

  • Well presented
  • Money hungry & target driven
  • Ambition to grow within the company
  • Computer literate
  • Initiative with a "can do" attitude.

Responsibilities and Duties

Daily Tasks Include:

  • Register/update applicants correctly
  • Property/applicant matching
  • Lettings viewings - minimum 10 a week
  • General office admin (HD’s, Reference & Prop Account Forms)
  • Ensure we have TOBS, Proof of Ownership, Address and ID’s
  • Be receptive to training/information given by any senior staff member
  • Database calling (Landlords/Applicants)
  • Landlord Feedback on a regular basis.

Weekly Tasks Include:

  • Conduct board surveys, report & attend to them appropriately
  • Touting
  • New properties on market
  • Door knocking
  • Leafleting
  • Board Canvassing
  • Participate in weekly meetings
  • Landlord updates.

On target earnings £40,000 PER ANNUM. Immediate start. Full Time Permanent Position.Office location W3 and sister company in NW10.
