As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join their dedicated team.As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of their mission to connect landlords with quality tenants. Your role will involve building relationships with both landlords and tenants, facilitating successful lettings transactions, and upholding their commitment to delivering a personalised service. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to contribute to the growth and success of this agency.Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing a personalised and attentive service.
  • Effectively market and promote available rental properties through various channels to attract quality tenants.
  • Conduct property viewings with potential tenants, showcasing properties and addressing inquiries.
  • Skillfully negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and other relevant terms to ensure successful lettings transactions.
  • Stay informed of local market trends, rental values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Ensure all lettings activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Handle paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks associated with the lettings process.

You will be rewarded the following:

  • £22,000 - 25,000 basic
  • Car allowance and commission
  • £50,000 - 60,000 OTE

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator in the real estate industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Queens Park property market would be ideal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering a genuine and personal service.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with relevant lettings regulations and procedures.
