Lettings Negotiator

LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - KNIGHTSBRIDGE. NO CAR NECESSARY IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE

What’s the role?I’m working closely with an independent Lettings agency in the Knightsbridge area of London to help them find an experienced Lettings negotiator. The company let mid to upper market property across their 25 or so offices.The role is varied but involves landlord interaction, booking and attending viewings, and associated paper works, whilst providing the highest standards or customer service.

You need to be well presented, nicely spoken, personable and have good communication skills too.

What’s so good about this job?* 9am - 5.30pm or 6pm. Every other Saturday 10am-1pm ONLY

* You're paid on your renewals automatically every year

* Basic around £22,000 + £3000 car allowance + commission = £50,000+ OTE

Skills and experience required to be a successful candidate

• Preferably an experienced sales person, preferably within the lettings sector
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
