Lettings Negotiator,?Ealing & Acton

My client has a strong reputation, an incredible network and presence. The team are extremely experienced and well connected across?Ealing?and Acton, they are looking for a lettings negotiator to join their bustling office.

The Role

  • You will be registering applicants, qualifying leads, booking appointments and assisting the team.
  • Customer?centric?is key, providing a?bespoke?service to all landlords and tenants is at the forefront of this Estate Agency.
  • Regularly?keeping in touch with all applicants, you will be working in a fast paced lettings?environment?and?accompanying?all viewings.
  • As an integral part of the lettings team, you will work with tenancy progression and property management.
  • Working collectively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the office?

What's required

  • A bright and bubbly attitude with a willingness to learn and increase business
  • You should have a natural passion to want to work in property and be focused on achieving targets
  • Experience within property is a desirable but not essential - my client is willing to consider applications
  • Must have a driving licence

Salary & Benefits?

  • Basic salary - £18-£25k depending on experience
  • OTE - £30k-£45k plus depending on experience
  • Car allowance - £3600 per annum or use of pool car
  • Holiday - 24 days holiday (three to be taken of Christmas)
  • Hours - Monday - Thursday 8.30am -6.00pm, Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Saturdays - alternate 10am - 4pm
