Lettings Negotiator - Limehouse

Salary - £18,000 - £25,000, OTE £40,000 - £45,000

5 Day week Monday - Thursday - 9am - 6:30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Every other Saturday (Day off in Lieu)

Our client an independent Estate Agent is looking for a Lettings Negotiator with experience to join their branch based in Limehouse covering the area of East London. You must be enthusiastic and have a good knowledge of the property industry with a good amount of previous experience. They are looking for candidates who are hard working with a great work ethic. Presentable and professional when dealing with clients.

Typically, this role will involve:

  • Dividing your time between the office and being out and about on viewings
  • Building relationships with buyers and tenants
  • Conducting viewings
  • Keeping vendors and landlords constantly updated
  • Handling negotiations and queries
  • Dealing with solicitors

Candidates must be:

  • Confident and outgoing
  • Proven track record in a sales environment
  • Punctual and well presented.
  • Motivated and target driven.
  • Excellent communication skills/ Articulate.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle.
