We are working with a dynamic independent Estate Agent in the heart of Hampstead who have grown through their passion, dedication and high quality product offering. Our client prides themselves on their local knowledge and providing an expert service to all and are currently seeking a Lettings Negotiator to drive their already successful business forward.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in their mission to deliver outstanding results. Local knowledge is an advantage as well as being highly motivated, with a "can do" attitude. You will have the charisma and presence to obtain new clients, whilst nurturing and maintaining the ones you already have.Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing a personalised and attentive service.
  • Effectively market and promote available rental properties through various channels to attract quality tenants.
  • Conduct property viewings with potential tenants, showcasing properties and addressing inquiries.
  • Skilfully negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and other relevant terms to ensure successful lettings transactions.
  • Stay informed of local market trends, rental values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients
  • Ensure all lettings activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Handle paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks associated with the lettings process.

You will be rewarded the following:

  • £22,000 - 25,000 basic plus car allowance
  • OTE £50,000 - 60,000 based on experience

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator in the real estate industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Hampstead property market would be ideal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering a genuine and personal service.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with relevant lettings regulations and procedures.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
