LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR, BRIXTONAbout the company:Our client is a Landlord rather than an estate agent. If you personally feel stuck as a letting's negotiator in an estate agent, this is the ideal role and opportunity to get into a different world of lettings. Our client own 700+ properties across South London including Clapham and Brixton and are building several new sites. On average letting around 250-300 a year.Duties/functions of the role:
- Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
- Arranging and attending viewings for prospective buyers
- Providing detailed viewing feedback to vendors
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
- Building strong relationships with vendors, prospective vendors and prospective buyers and colleagues
- Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth sales process
- Progressing the sales process from sale agreed through to completion
Requirements of the role:
- Experience in landlord/tenant matters and estate agents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of property management
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the London property market is a plus
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary budgets: £18,500 basic salary going up to £19,500 after passing ARLA. + guarantee. £42,500 OTE Required working hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
