Role Overview:As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process from start to finish, delivering outstanding customer service to both landlords and tenants. You will use your property experience to secure new tenancies, build strong relationships, and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities as the Lettings Negotiator:
- Conduct property viewings and liaise with potential tenants.
- Negotiate tenancy terms and agreements on behalf of landlords.
- Manage enquiries from tenants and landlords, providing expert advice.
- Proactively source new landlords and properties for the agency.
- Prepare property listings and marketing materials to attract interest.
- Assist with tenancy applications, referencing, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in lettings or property-related roles is essential.
- Driving Licence & Car: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of the lettings process, current market trends, and relevant legislation.
- Attributes: A self-motivated and proactive individual with a target-driven mindset and a professional, customer-focused approach.
