We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our highly reputable independent Estate Agency in Kensington, West London.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a keen understanding of the property market.

Duties, but not limited:

  • Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Responding to enquiries, registering new applicants
  • Arranging and attending property viewings, showcasing their features and benefits effectively.
  • Following up on feedback and notifying all parties
  • Providing landlords and tenants with expert advice and guidance on all aspects of the letting process
  • Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate Terms of Tenancy and renewals when applicable
  • Managing paperwork, references and contract drafting
  • Generating and winning new business and developing client relationships and to build stock levels
  • Accurately maintaining database to adhere to up to date legislation
  • Generating and attending market rental appraisals
  • Achieving monthly targets

Experience

  • 2 years minimum Lettings experience.
  • ARLA
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A passion for property and a desire to help clients find their ideal rental home
  • Energy and enthusiasm and a professional approach
  • Attention to detail and excellent negotiation skills
