We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our highly reputable independent Estate Agency in Kensington, West London.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a keen understanding of the property market.
Duties, but not limited:
- Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Responding to enquiries, registering new applicants
- Arranging and attending property viewings, showcasing their features and benefits effectively.
- Following up on feedback and notifying all parties
- Providing landlords and tenants with expert advice and guidance on all aspects of the letting process
- Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate Terms of Tenancy and renewals when applicable
- Managing paperwork, references and contract drafting
- Generating and winning new business and developing client relationships and to build stock levels
- Accurately maintaining database to adhere to up to date legislation
- Generating and attending market rental appraisals
- Achieving monthly targets
Experience
- 2 years minimum Lettings experience.
- ARLA
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A passion for property and a desire to help clients find their ideal rental home
- Energy and enthusiasm and a professional approach
- Attention to detail and excellent negotiation skills

Salary: £25,000 pa with an OTE £45,000
