Pear Recruitment - Lettings Negotiator - Southgate

Salary - £22,500 - £40,000 OTE plus Car allowance

Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Friday 9am -6pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9am - 6:30pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm

Our client established in 1997, specialising in the letting and management of an extensive property portfolio across greater London is looking for a highly organised individual with a minimum of 2 year’s experience to work as a Lettings Negotiator within their lovely vibrant lettings team, you will be based in their busy Southgate branch. The ideal candidate will be ARLA qualified, well-presented and have a can-do attitude with a great telephone manner.

You will be a key member of the company working within the lettings department.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Generating and conducting market appraisals.
  • Winning instructions & closing deals.
  • Strong focus on generating new and repeat business.
  • Ensuring personal KPI’s are being met and exceeded.
  • Monitoring and promoting their online reviews.
  • Harnessing innovation and new business service provisions.
  • Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld.

Skills for the role includes:

  • Experience of increasing market share.
  • Must be strong market share winner.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Desire and success in winning new business.
  • Proficient IT skills and a regular social media user.
  • Full UK Driving License required.
  • Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.
  • Ambitious, dynamic, and motivated.
  • Strong at timekeeping and time management.
