An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established estate agency. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a basic salary of £18,000 and OTE 45,000.
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will provide excellent customer service, build and nurture client relationships.
You will be responsible for:
- Stage and showcase properties.
- Efficiently manage your schedule.
- Contribute to team success.
- Set and achieve weekly/monthly goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate within a team.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working as a Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Agent, Lettings Assistant, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator or in a similar role.
- Ideally have experience in an estate agency.
- Commitment, goal-oriented mindset.
