This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced negotiator looking to progress their career in one of the most prestigious property markets in the world. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating and managing new lettings enquiries from tenants and landlords.
  • Conducting high-end property viewings across Prime Central London.
  • Negotiating rental agreements and ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities, including canvassing and networking.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and legislative changes.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • A proven track record in lettings, preferably in Prime Central London or the luxury property market.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to generating new business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with high-net-worth clients.
  • A full UK driving licence.
